Over the next few weeks, I will be covering popular eating patterns! These are going to include: veganism, vegetarianism, paleo, keto, plant-based, DASH, mediterranean, and pescatarian. The articles will consist of a basic overview of the eating pattern, the pros and cons, where it is most common around the world, what benefits there may be, and a fun recipe will be tagged at the end of each article.
As I am going into my senior year as a Nutrition and Wellness major, I am thrilled to share what I have learned in the classroom and in my research about different eating patterns and how they can promote health and wellness across the lifespan.
