The Family Engagement and Lived Experience Integration Academy (FELEIA) is an advanced leadership development opportunity for individuals seeking to strengthen their impact within child welfare systems. Participants explore systems thinking, collaborative leadership, policy and practice improvement, and strategies for sustaining meaningful partnerships between agencies, professionals, and individuals with lived experience.
