Medal of Honor Recipient and Alumnus Ryan Pitts is 2015 UNH Commencement Speaker
The 2015 Commencement Speaker will be Medal of Honor recipient and alumnus Ryan Pitts. Pitts, a 2013 graduate of the university's business program in Manchester, received the Medal of Honor for his combat actions in Afghanistan during the Battle of Wanat. He is the ninth living recipient of the Medal of Honor. Learn more about Ryan Pitts '13.

11 a.m. - Commencement rehearsal, Memorial Field
3 p.m. - Graduates assemble for Honors Convocation, Whittemore Center
4-6 p.m. - Honors Convocation, Whittemore Center
Saturday, May 16
9 a.m. - Graduates assemble for Commencement
9:40 a.m. - Procession begins
10 a.m. - Ceremony begins
12:30 p.m. - Ceremony concludes

Register to Participate
Students preparing to graduate must follow these two important steps:
- File an Apply-to-Graduate form (instructions) on Blackboard, through Webcat. See participation eligibility
- Register to participate. Registration will remain open through May 8.
Commencement: If you've filed your apply-to-graduate form, a link to register to attend the Commencement ceremony was sent to your UNH email address. Due to a glitch in the new registration system, please use the most recent link emailed to you. If you misplace this email, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request it be resent.
Honors Convocation: If you qualify to attend the Honors Convocation ceremony, an email invitation was sent to your UNH email address. If you misplace this email, contact email@example.com to request it be resent.
Seniors: Support the Class Gift!
What is the Senior Class Gift?
The Senior Class Gift is an opportunity for seniors to make a difference at UNH. It provides the opportunity to leave a legacy behind, by making your gift to your college, program, scholarships, or athletics you support the future of UNH.
Where can donations be designated to? Anywhere! Seniors are encouraged to give back to the areas that have impacted their college experience the most. Donations can be made to colleges, scholarships, or athletics through the UNH Fund or Wildcat Fund.
Where do gifts to The UNH Fund and Wildcat Fund go?
The UNH Fund supports scholarships, undergraduate research, leadership training, study abroad, and so much more. The Wildcat Fund supports athletics.
What is the benefit for students?
Students can make an immediate impact on the aspects of UNH that they are most involved in.

The UNH Commencement Ceremony will take place outdoors on Memorial Field, rain or shine. Please dress accordingly. Simulcast viewing is available in the Whittemore Center Arena. Tickets are not required for either Memorial Field or the Whittemore Center Arena.
