Dual Major at UNH Targets Sustainable Cuisine

The dual major program at the University of New Hampshire has
students getting more than just a little taste of the future of food as
they delve into a major movement toward sustainable agriculture and the
use of local food.
An EcoGastronomy dual major that began being
offered to UNH students in 2008 is taking a holistic approach to looking
at food from its literal roots on farms to its ability to satisfy the
taste buds.
