The OS Council professional development committee, in partnership with Human Resources, is offering “Coaching for Performance- Skills Building Workshop” an interactive workshop for Operating Staff presented by HR partner Meghan Proctor (Facilities), Oct. 8 and Oct. 9, and Oct. 16 and 17. 

The workshop, conducted in two 90-minute sessions, will focus on enhancing skills essential to the coaching methodology. (For employees who have already participated in the pilot training as well as for new learners.) 

Participants will attend one session Oct. 8 or Oct. 9, from 10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m., and the second on Oct. 16 or Oct. 17, from 10:30 a.m. – noon.
