As the Helpdesk Administrator my primary responsibility is to assist University Advancement (UA) staff on questions or account creation requests related to Banner Advancement, Banner Self Service, Reeher, or Web Intelligence (WebI) databases as well as other computer related requests. As part of my role, I train staff on the four databases as well as other software products. I am the department liaison between UA and UNH Information Technology and am the UA user advocate for Advancement.
I sell Lia Sophia jewelry part-time. I spend time with my family, love community volunteering, fundraising, and am a recent graduate of the Community Leadership program at UNH.
Favorite Part of the Job:
My favorite part of my job is working with UA staff. I enjoy helping them solve their issues and hope that my teaching educates them to accomplish the tasks of raising more money and engaging our alumni and friends with ease.
