UNH Manchester hosts weeklong celebration of underrepresented identities

UNH Manchester is hosting a series of virtual events next week in recognition of Visibility Week, which centers on bringing awareness to underrepresented identities. Join UNH Manchester's Office of Student Engagement March 22 to March 25 to explore topics around racial and cultural identity, women in STEM, disability, neurodiversity, LGBTQIA+ community and more.

Racial and Cultural Awareness
Monday, March 22 | 5 - 6 p.m.

Join the Peer Assistant Leaders (PALs), Multicultural Student Organization and the Student Coalition for Service and Empowerment as they host a panel to discuss the important differences between race, ethnicity and culture. Following the discussion, there will be a 30 minute Q&A session as well as a raffle for a mini iHome. Join via Zoom

Let's talk about pronouns and LGBTQIA topics through a student and community panel in collaboration with Common Ground. Hear from UNH Manchester students about their LGBTQIA identity and learn more about Harshi Karedla’s pronouns pamphlet, which highlights the importance of pronouns. Join via Zoom
