Based on your feedback Human Resources is pleased to announce a new opportunity for hourly paid professionals (operating staff). A half-day conference, Picture Your Success, will be held Nov. 10.
It was created in response to feedback we received from the OS Council and others about desired training opportunities. The program also has a new format to accommodate challenges previously identified by staff and supervisors regarding the ability to support attendance for all who had an interest in the development opportunity and also manage the impact on department staffing. The half-day conference will be held twice every fiscal year to make attendance possible for even more staff.
This event was announced to hourly paid professionals (OS) Monday, Oct. 17, via email. Your staff will have the opportunity to select registration for Nov. 10 or to indicate their interest in the next offering date, March 22, 2017. The program will be the same for both dates but space is limited to 120 for each day. Encourage your staff to register early.
Registration is available for all active benefit-eligible employees, but priority registration will be given to hourly paid professionals. Details are available here.
