Employee performance reviews for fiscal year 2016 are due to Human Resources by Oct. 21.

Review forms can be found at Coaching for Performance.

“Our employees are the greatest resource we have for achieving the mission and strategic goals of the university,” explains Kathy Neils,
chief human resources officer, noting increased performance feedback has been proven to have positive impacts, including more employee job satisfaction.

Each year, supervisors and managers are expected to engage in a formal dialogue and written performance review with employees about their job performance to clarify expectations, recognize achievements, identify opportunities for improvement and establish goals.

“When supervisors and managers utilize this opportunity they are making an important investment in the success of the university,” Neils notes.

UNH has departed from a single deadline for completing a performance dialogue and review, but it is expected that 100-percent completion be achieved no later than Oct. 21.

HR partners can assist with any questions about the process.
