The Science of Stuff course at UNH
On Thursday, UNH Today peeked in on the J-Term course The Science of Stuff (MS401), where we found students building various models of the structure of DNA. It helps them “to visualize how DNA copies itself and how it makes proteins,” says associate professor of materials science Carmela Amato-Wierda.

The Science of Stuff is one of many J-Term courses in session this month. It will be offered again during the fall semester.
