Announcing the 2013 Humanities Scholarship Winners!

The Humanities Program has awarded a total of three scholarships for this academic year. Thanks to a generous donor, two new Humanities Program Scholarships of $2,500 each have gone to two of our strongest students, Susannah Gross and Meredith Thompson, in recognition of their strong academic performance. Ms. Thompson and Ms. Gross (last year’s winner of the Killam Humanities Scholarship) both took advantage of the new Humanities Budapest Program this past Spring semester (2013), and will be enjoying this extra support during their senior year.

The Killam Humanities Scholarship ($2,000) has gone to Tanya Decker, a new major last year, who received straight A’s during her first semester as a sophomore transfer student.

Congratulations to our hard-working students on behalf of the entire Humanities Program faculty!
