CNBCA new report by the Institute on Disability at the University of New Hampshire shows that the Granite State lags behind its New England neighbors as well as the national average in terms of the quantity of special education students who spend at least 80 percent of their time in regular classrooms. Today we'll look at the latest numbers on special education and see where we're doing well and where we're falling behind.
