W-4 and change of address forms are now at HR
Effective April 12, the Payroll Office assumed the responsibility of coding all W-4 forms. These forms should be sent to their attention at 1 Leavitt Lane. This change will require that a change of permanent address be communicated to the Office of Human Resources by completing the Change of Name and/or Permanent Mailing Address Form.

Celebrate with
Carol French
Friends of Carol French, educational assistant in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, are invited to a reception in her honor from 3 to 5 p.m., Wednesday, May 19, in the Squamscott Room of Holloway Commons. Carol is retiring May 28 after 39 years of service.

May is better speech and hearing month
In recognition of Better Speech and Hearing Month the Communication Sciences and Disorders Department will be offering free speech and/or hearing screenings. UNH Speech, Language and Hearing Center, First Floor Room 180, Hewitt Hall. The screenings are Wednesday, May 5, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
