The Office of Environmental Health and Safety (OEHS) is once again hosting FREE live fire extinguisher training,  scheduled for Wednesday Oct. 23  in the Campus Crossing Parking Lot located behind Mills Hall.  As in previous years the training will include a discussion on the proper selection and use of portable fire extinguishers and allow each participant the opportunity to put out a live fire.

The training will begin at 8 a.m. and run every 30 minutes until the final session at 4:30 p.m. with each session accommodating up to 20 participants.  Whether you are a full-time employee, part time employee, faculty, staff or student all are encouraged to attend.  We ask that you share this information and encourage attendance.

Those interested in participating can contact either Brian Cournoyer or Andy Glode in OEHS at 862-4041 or email brian.cournoyer@unh.edu or andy.glode@unh.edu

We thank you and look forward to seeing you on Oct. 23.
