2020 Presidential Candidate Kirsten Gillibrand Visits UNH

New York Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand visited campus recently to eat lunch, answer questions and discuss her campaign for president with UNH students. The event was sponsored by the student group, UNH College Democrats. Gillibrand, a Democratic member of the U.S. Senate from New York, announced on Jan. 15 that she is running for president in 2020. It is anticipated that many presidential candidates will make campaign visits to the UNH campus in advance of the February 2020 New Hampshire first-in-the-nation presidential primary.
