In support of your efforts to stay as healthy as possible, USNH is offering the MyPath2Wellness program, designed to get you engaged in your health — and help you improve it — while providing a valuable incentive. A program guide with details has been mailed to your home.

Status benefits-eligible faculty and staff can earn the incentive by taking two simple steps:

Step 1: Know your numbers through a biometric screening clinic. Workplace screenings are scheduled at USNH campuses Sept. 27 through Oct. 31. Check the screening schedule options located in the MyPath2Wellness program guide on page three of the program guide for campus locations, dates, times and instructions on how to register for an appointment. Employees can attend any USNH screening location. The screening must be completed by Oct. 31.

Step 2: Complete the online health assessment, which can provide you with valuable information about your health and lifestyle. You’ll answer questions about your medical history, including how you see your health status and whether you are ready to change certain habits. It takes about 15 minutes to complete the health assessment, and you instantly receive a personalized health profile. This health assessment must be completed by Oct. 31, 2017.

In addition, open enrollment for your University System of New Hampshire (USNH) 2018 benefits will begin Oct. 23. Details on the 2018 benefit options will be mailed to your home address prior to open enrollment so you will be ready to activate your benefits.
