Fire Extinguisher Training To Be Offered Oct. 5

The Office Of Environmental Health & Safety will host live fire extinguisher training Wednesday, Oct. 5, in the Mill Road Visitors Lot (formerly known as C-Lot). As in previous years, the training will include a discussion on the proper selection and use of portable fire extinguishers as well as hands-on practice. Training sessions will begin at 8 a.m. and run every 30 minutes; the last session will begin at 4:30 p.m. Each 30-minute session can accommodate up to 20 participants.
