To Request a Drop or Transfer

To request a DROP or TRANSFER:

  • Use the Student Log In button in the blue menu bar above to log into the student account
  • Click on ‘My Enrollment History’ from menu/dropdown on the left - all currently enrolled programs will appear
  • At desired course, under ‘Actions & Status’ click on ‘Request Drop’ or ‘Request Transfer’
  • Click ‘Submit’
  • If you are requesting a TRANSFER, the next screen will prompt you to search for the session you wish to transfer into

PLEASE NOTE: neither action automatically completes the drop or transfer.

A staff member must complete the action, in part to determine whether the student qualifies for a refund. Once the function is completed, a system generated confirmation email is sent to the preferred email on the account.
