March 30, 2021: University administrators have made the difficult decision to cancel in-person, on-campus youth programs in summer 2021.
The decision was made after careful review of available staffing, COVID-19 health and safety requirements, and the significant work required over the summer to ensure the university can open fully for the fall semester.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause for family summer planning. We truly appreciate your interest in our youth programs and camps. We look forward to a return to our usual educational and fun programming in summer 2022.
Working alongside UNH Chefs, students make soups, sandwiches, pasta dishes, desserts, and more.
Students explore world cuisines, baking and pastry techniques, and farm-to-table cooking. UNH Chefs will share tips and tricks for making any meal a special occasion.
We will visit the Fairchild Dairy and High Tunnels where campers will harvest ingredients for a farewell lunch.
