From the time that I snuck downstairs after my parents went to bed to listen to Dale Dorman’s Top 100 Countdown on our tiny kitchen radio, I dreamed of being an on-air disc jockey. WUNH gave me that opportunity when I was a student member and helped me move on to professional radio upon graduation. While my life path moved in different directions, my love for college radio, in particular, WUNH, never waned. It’s been a joy to return the station as an alumni and community member to do what we have always done; turn the listeners on to The Next Big Thing in music. A heartfelt thanks to all of the listeners who have been with us throughout the years and who have supported us, you make the music matter.
