What were you doing 1 year out of college?
I was in Tacoma, Washington participating with AmeriCorps for the Washington Reading Corps.
What were you doing 5 years out of college?
I was living in North Carolina and working as a Site Coordinator for an after school program that helped low-income youth.
What were you doing 10 years out of college?
I am coming up on my 10 year anniversary of graduating college and I am living in Brookline, New Hampshire and working as a Development Director for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
What are you doing now?
I am currently working at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Did you have an international experience (study, research, internship or volunteer abroad) while at UNH?
I studied abroad with the summer program at Gonville and Caius College at Cambridge University.
How do you feel your time at UNH has had an impact on where you are today?
I didn’t realize that I wanted a larger school until I was actually at the University of New Hampshire. UNH allowed me to explore philanthropic opportunities that led to my career working in non-profits.
Why do you believe in UNH?
I had fantastic professors in my areas of study at UNH and believe that we need to support these educators and make sure that they are able to continue to help students grow into capable adults.
