Did you have an international experience (study, research, internship or volunteer abroad) while at UNH?

Yes. I studied abroad in Florence, Italy the first semester of my senior year.

How do you feel your time at UNH has had an impact on where you are today?

I feel that I knew my professors on a very personal level. They took an interest in my life and my success. I developed great critical thinking skills and was challenged academically during my time at UNH which has prepared me for both careers that I have had.

Why do you believe in UNH?

I believe in UNH because this is a community who is constantly striving to improve. I see a growth mindset from the top down at UNH. Even amidst the excellent research being done, the learning, the personalized instruction, and all of the opportunities for students, I still see professors, staff, and administration looking for ways to innovate and get better. There is no limit to have far you can go when you know that you have not yet “arrived.”
