Create an Advising Location

1. Select the Appointments tab on the left

2. Select the Staff Availability tab on the top

3. Below that, select Locations

4. Select Add New Location

5. Put the information for the location in

  • The "Extra Information" will be what is added to the initial automatic email to students confirming their appointment
  • If you select Yes for "Use Location-specific Reminder Email", once you save a new tab will appear for "Reminder Email"
    • Configure this automatic reminder email as you wish
