Recruiting & Retaining Young Professionals for NH

UPDATE! CHALLENGE TO SOLVE NOW PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE: As one of the most aging states in the nation, how can New Hampshire counteract the "Brain Drain" and build stronger career pipelines for young people?

Join us to help solve this growing problem in our state!
Participants will gain an understanding of human-centered design and work on teams to problem-solve. Human-centered design is an increasingly popular method to find solutions and strategies to a problem by understanding the user, challenging assumptions, and redefining the issue. This interactive, engaging, and fun day will be filled with creativity, ideas, and team problem-solving! Participants will work through the design process and present their solutions to a panel of professionals.
