"Working at RCC as a project manager has played an important role in preparing me for my future career. Coming to work daily and performing tasks such as communicating with customers, setting deadlines for project requests and constructing proposals for future projects has given me a better understanding of how a career in IT could pan out. Not only will these new skills be helfpul in finding a post-grad career, but having strong communication skills is a great trait to have as a person. I look forward to applying techniques I have learned at RCC to my next profession when the time comes." -Kellie, IT '15
