Kelsey Medeiros, PhD, is an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Nebraska Omaha where she teaches courses Organizational Behavior and researches troublemakers in the workplace. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 2011 and went on to earn her PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Quantitative Psychology from the University of Oklahoma in 2016. She has published scholarly articles and book chapters in outlets including The Leadership Quarterly; Nature Immunology; Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Perspectives on Science and Practice; Personality and Individual Differences; Psychology of Aesthetics, Creativity, and the Arts; Ethics and Behavior; and The Journal of Creative Behavior. She is also a consultant with Ethics Advantage, an ethics assessment company focused on improving employee decision making in the workplace. Additionally, she consults with organizations on issues related to improving creative problem solving and leadership.
