This Lunch & Learn session will provide overview of the new Grants.gov Workspace, it’s uses, and how it can complement the research proposal process.
For years, applicants have applied for federal grants by submitting a package of PDF forms. On Dec. 31, 2017, Grants.gov will officially retire the legacy PDF package. Workspace is an online environment optimized for applicants who are collaborating on an application. It is a fast, easy, and secure alternative to the legacy package.
Some of the grant making agencies that will use Workspace include US Department of Agriculture, US Department of Commerce, US Department of Defense, US Department of Education, and US Department of Energy.
