Elizabeth Tappin earned her B.A. and M.A. from the University of Michigan. She has worked in higher education and student learning outcomes assessment for over a decade. Before coming to University of New Hampshire (UNH), Elizabeth worked at Bowdoin College coordinating assessment efforts with faculty and staff as part of a $250,000 Davis Educational Foundation grant.
Currently, Elizabeth is the Assessment Coordinator for Student Learning Outcomes at UNH's Center for Excellence and Innovation in Teaching and Learning. Elizabeth works with faculty and staff in assessing and evaluating campus programs, academic departments and student learning. Her work includes consulting with departments and programs to develop an assessment plan, create and administer surveys, coordinate focus groups or interviews, conduct data analysis and provide reports of findings.
