Sept. 4, 2020
As we transition into the school year and begin to adjust to our “new normal,” we want to thank you again for your commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all. We are aware of the delays that some have experienced in receiving results and have been in daily contact with ConvenientMD about this. We are ready to transition weekly testing for all faculty, staff and contractors currently coming to our Durham campus to the new UNH COVID Testing Lab. When you test at Wildcat Stadium the week of Tuesday, Sept. 8–Sunday, Sept. 13, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. you will also receive your first round of self-swab testing kits and labels. Beginning the week of Sept. 14, every faculty and staff member will need to self-swab and drop off their sample on a predetermined day each week.
Please register in advance for testing with ConvenientMD as you have been. When you get to Wildcat Stadium, you will have your ConvenientMD test and then a UNH testing team member will work with you to get your labels and testing kit and educate you about the self-swabbing process. If you do not pick up your kits during this time you run the risk of being non-compliant with UNH’s testing policies and could have your access to campus revoked. Please bring a valid photo ID to the stadium.
We will send out information next week for you to schedule your weekly self-swabbing day and time window and drop-off location.
Thank you again.
