Fellowship Training Seminars and Supervision


Individual Case Supervision: Each semester fellows are assigned to work with a senior staff member whose interests  match those of the fellow's. The pair meets weekly for two hours of individual supervision, primarily around the fellow's individual caseload.

Supervision of Supervision: Fellows receive weekly group supervision to examine issues of supervision of interns and co-leadership of groups. 

Staff Case Conference: Fellows, interns, and senior staff meet weekly for one hour to discuss cases.

Staff Meetings:  The fellows attend a weekly one-hour staff meeting. At times, these meetings combine business with in-service training for all staff.

Professional Development Supervision:  The fellows meet weekly for one hour with the Director of Training.  The purposes of these meetings are varied, reflecting the needs of the fellows, includ­ing: processing the fellowship experience, professional identity issues, clinical issues and case conceptualizations, clinical focus and administrative duties.

Orientation:The fellows participate in a 2 week orientation process. They attend seminars on topics germane to their work at UNH PACS. 

Summer Professional Development Seminar Series:The fellows choose topics to be included in the weekly  summer seminar series.
