Fellowship Self-Disclosure Policy

Fellows are challenged to examine themselves and their worldviews as they develop as psychologists. Senior staff supervisors assist fellows in exploring contextual variables that impact clinical and other professional functioning. At times these variables can involve personal disclosure but will always be in the service of enhancing the fellow's effectiveness. If a fellow has any concerns about disclosing personal information, the senior staff supervisor is expected to work with the fellow to resolve concerns and move forward in supervision.
