Fellowship Professional Development

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

Research and Scholarly Inquiry: Fellows integration of research into clinical practice is supported and encouraged.  PACS is equipped with personal com­puters and is also hardwired to the University Computer Center for access to statistical packages.  Fellows have a minimum of 10  hours per week during the summer months to work on PACS projects and research.  During breaks and the summer fellows may contract to spend 4 hours per week studying for the EPPP.

Professional Involvement:  Fellows are encouraged to become involved in professional organizations on local, state and national levels, including attendance at conferences and presenta­tions of papers.
