1A. Furnishing false information to any University official, faculty member or office

Example: Failure to provide proper ID to Hall Staff

First Offense:

  • 1 year Disciplinary Probation
  • Educational Sanction(s)

1B. Forgery, altercation, or misuse of any University document, record, or instrument of identification.

Aggravating Factors Include:

  • The level of knowledge and the intent of the student
  • How the violation was committed

[Must consult with OCS]

First Offense:

  • Disciplinary Probation until graduation – University Dismissal
  • Educational Sanction(s)

 If University Suspension, upon return:

  • Required Interview
  • Disciplinary Probation until graduation
  • Educational Sanction(s)
  • Additional Follow Up Meetings with OCS Administration

1C. Tampering with the election of any University recognized student organization
