Sophomores hold a unique position on campus—they know the culture of campus yet have time to enact change within this culture. In this cohort model leadership program, students can connect year round with other emerging leaders to learn about leadership while also discovering their strategic approach to campus-wide change. This program is invitation only. If you are interested in pursuing this opportunity, please connect with a faculty or staff member for nominations. Nominations are typically accepted May through August, with invitations to participate sent in late August.
