UNH Family Weekend Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I park?

Visitors are encouraged to park in the lots highlighted in our Family Weekend Parking Map, additional yellow or orange areas in the Campus Map. All locations indicated above are free and do not require passes, with the exception of A-Lot which has been set aside for pre-paid tailgating.


Check-in:

Visitors are welcome to stop through check-in anytime between 8–11 a.m. at the Memorial Union Building. While all are welcome, only one person per party needs to come through check-in.


Where do I pick up my Lunch Tickets?

Lunch tickets can be picked up at check-in, between 8–11 a.m. in the MUB. Please note that lunch the location for lunch has changed to Hamel Recreation Center due to forecasted rain.


How do I get Football Tickets?

Tickets for the 1 p.m. game are still available and can be purchased through the UNH Box Office.


How do I get Tailgating tickets?

Tailgating is sold out. Tailgating for both lots open at 10 a.m. and pre-purchased tickets are required. Walk-ins are permitted with proof of game ticket. Tailgating is run through UNH Athletics and specific questions should be directed to the Box Office at (603) 862-4000 or unh.tickets@unh.edu.


Are there shuttles to get around campus?

The Weekend Connector Shuttle runs every 25-30 minutes from
10 a.m.–12 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.


What are the current UNH regulations for mask wearing?

UNH requires that masks are worn at all times when indoors, with the exception of when eating. Please remember to bring a mask with you when you come to campus.


Can I go into my students Residence Halls?

There are no restrictions on visitors in the Residence Halls. However, masks are required at all times when indoors.
