Issues with the Accounts Management System have been resolved.

The UNH Accounts Management System (AMS) is currently experiencing various issues, including users being unable to submit Sponsored User account requests.

AD password changes are also currently unavailable through the AMS. However, a workaround is available with technician assistance. If you need to change your password, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.

System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it.
