UNH IT has received reports from our multi-factor authentication vendor that the issue has been resolved. We have monitored and confirmed that the issue is resolved.
Some users are experiencing intermittent and various issues when attempting to request a passcode via SmartAuth, our multifactor authentication system.
If you were able to request a passcode via SMS/text message, but the passcode was not delivered, please try requesting a passcode via voice.
System administrators are aware of the issue and are working to resolve it. If you need assistance, please contact the UNH IT Service Desk at 603-862-4242.
