Microsoft resolved this issue on Friday, 8/24 at approximately 9:00PM.

UNH IT has received reports of issues activating Microsoft Office subscriptions via O365. Microsoft has confirmed that there is an ongoing issue and they are working to resolve it.

Microsoft also noted that users may experience problems signing into O365, however UNH IT has not received any reports of login issues.
