System administrators are still working with the vendor to resolve this issue.
Please note: this issue is not impacting all users. You may still attempt to receive your SmartAuth passcode via SMS/Text. If you do not receive the passcode, please use the Voice option, as indicated below.
Users attempting to access WISE are currently unable to get SmartAuth passcodes via SMS (text message). When logging into WISE, please select Voice instead of SMS/Text. Instructions can be found at: https://www.unh.edu/it/kb/article/logging-into-an-application-or-service...
