The UNH IT Knowledge Base had a new look and many improvements.
UNH IT has migrated its online Knowledge Base (KB) to our TeamDynamix environment to better serve our customers. The new KB allows University community members to search for answers to commonly-asked questions regarding and to gain self-help information about many of the applications and technologies used on campus and is available 24/7/365 from any device connected to the internet.

It is important to update all of your computers and devices after you have changed your UNH AD password. Although there are some applications that will prompt you for your new password, there are occasions when you are not prompted and, without even knowing it, your device is making multiple attempts to connect to the UNH Network without success. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, your account will be locked as a security measure, designed to protect your account from unauthorized attempts....

UNH IT’s fourth installment of its 2015 IT Coffee Talk series will happen on Thursday, November 19 from 8:30-10:30 AM in MUB Room 158. Complimentary coffee will be served.
This session will feature presentations on Skype for Business and the UNH IT Knowledge Base.
Each presentation will last around 20-30 minutes, with time at the end of each for questions and answers. This event is open to all UNH students, faculty, and staff.
