UNH recently amended its licensing agreement with Box, and will now provide unlimited storage (up from the original 50GB quota) for UNH students, faculty, and staff.
With this new agreement, there are some important items to note:
When UNH students depart the University, their quotas will return to 50 GB.
UNH IT encourages the continued practice of using Group Accounts for faculty/staff to guard against losing important files when an employee departs.

On August 26, UNH IT will launch Kumo, an application that works with Box that allows users to mount their Box storage like a hard drive or shared folder for ease of access. This application requires that users already use ConfigMrg, a stand-alone computer management platform that can manage such things as anti-virus, Windows Updates, software delivery, and power settings, and that they also have an on-site technician to configure Kumo.

In September 2014, UNH will roll out Box @ UNH. Box is a safe, secure, cloud-based storage solution accessible from anywhere with Internet connectivity from any device. The Box package includes easy file storage, organization, editing, sharing, and versioning.
