What We Do:

Administer and provide user support for the UNH Learning Management System: myCourses by Canvas and UNH Portal.

We provide technical support for myCourses including:

  • Manage user and course data
  • Process early course enrollments by request
  • Create instructor tools to extend myCourses functionality
  • Integrate third-party technology into myCourses
  • Manage user roles and access in the portal
  • Support data integrations with the portal
  • Create performance and usage reports

We also provide training and documentation for users of the Learning Management System and Portal.

  • Provide face-to-face, consultative, and on-demand training resources
  • Provide articles, user guides and tutorial videos
