Tips for increasing response rates
The best way to increase your response rate is to allot 10 minutes at the beginning of the period for students to complete evaluations
Select a class date and announce it in advance to your students
Encourage students to bring their laptops or smartphones to class that day
Make a personal request for student participation. If possible, give examples of how suggestions in the past shaped future classes
