Remote Support for Academic Software and General IT Questions

With all UNH classes going online for the spring semester, the demand for academic software support is on the rise. The Academic Technology Support Center (ATSC) is offering general and special software application support via Zoom to help ease the burden on faculty and students. The ATSC is also offering remote virus removal, too. 

To access support Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm:

From your smartphone or tablet: 

  1. Open the Zoom app. 
  2. Sign-in using your UNH username and password. 
  3. Touch ‘Join’ from the home screen. 
  4. Enter meeting number 979-384-3153. 

From your computer:

Go to https://unh.zoom.us/j/9793843153 and click ‘Allow’ when prompted.
