ALERT: Financial Aid Forms Needed

We have previously notified you about the documents you need to provide to us in order to finalize your aid application for fall 2020.

This is to advise you that if we don’t receive these documents within the twenty-four(24) hours, we will assume that you no longer need financial aid based on the FAFSA.

If you are required to submit federal income tax transcripts, use the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT) to download your (and/or parents) 2018 tax data directly into your FAFSA.

If you are unable to use the IRS DRT, you must submit 2018 federal income tax return transcript(s) from the IRS. For complete instructions on how to request a tax transcript, go here.

To determine what documents you need to submit, watch our 'View My Unsatisfied Requirements' video.

Make sure all required forms are printed, completed, signed and include your UNH ID. Upload your documents in OASIS using the ‘My Requirements, Bookstore Authorizations and Deferments’ link by clicking ‘Upload Your Documents Here’ (if available).

Note: Not all forms can be uploaded. You must mail or submit documents in person
