The Safe Electronic Equipment Disposal (SEED) program provides the best option for getting rid of old and unwanted University-owned equipment containing data storage, including computers, mobile devices, portable drives, and hard drives. The UNH recycling vendor is certified in data protection and wiping to meet the requirements of the University System of New Hampshire policy.

You may also use SEED to dispose of University-owned equipment containing circuit boards such as monitors, printers, peripherals, scientific equipment, and audio-visual equipment.

The last SEED pickup for 2019 is on Tuesday, December 17, at the loading dock located at 6 Leavitt Lane in Durham, NH. You must submit a request to add equipment by this Friday, December 13.
