|The UNH IT Knowledge Base had a new look and many improvements.|
UNH IT has migrated its online Knowledge Base (KB) to our TeamDynamix environment to better serve our customers. The new KB allows University community members to search for answers to commonly-asked questions regarding and to gain self-help information about many of the applications and technologies used on campus and is available 24/7/365 from any device connected to the internet.
The KB has a new look and connects directly to our ticketing support system, making it easier for our support technicians to distribute to customers the same information they use to resolve technology issues. Categories are more prevalent, while features like ‘Popular Articles’ and ‘Recent Articles’ are still available. You can also search on ‘Popular Tags’ now, too.
Bookmarks and links to the previous KB will be redirected to the latest version to help you transition any favorites you might have saved or published.
The UNH IT KB is available at https://td.unh.edu/TDClient/KB. You can leave feedback on individual articles or share them with colleagues via email by signing into the TeamDynamix Client Portal.
