Kaltura discontinued the CaptureSpace application in June 2019, and UNH Academic Technology (AT) no longer supports its use. Faculty members who use CaptureSpace should switch to Kaltura Capture.

Kaltura Capture has a simple user interface, requiring only one click to record, without a complicated setup or a lengthy learning curve. Kaltura Capture is supported both on Windows and Mac. You can record your camera, screen, and audio, or optionally turn off any of the three. Once created, you can use Kaltura Capture to upload new videos into the Kaltura Mediaspace video portal or myCourses. More details on Capture are available here: KB:  https://td.unh.edu/TDClient/KB/ArticleDet?ID=1437

Some faculty may still have CaptureSpace installed on their computers. UNH AT recommends uninstalling CaptureSpace and switching to Kaltura Capture. While CaptureSpace will run and record, you will no longer be able to upload the recordings. Some faculty may use CaptureSpace to record without knowing about its discontinuation. If so, a workaround is available here, or you can visit the UNH Parker Media Lab in Dimond 237 for assistance.
