The UNH IT Service Desk will discontinue their CHAT service beginning Monday, July 2. Over the last year trends indicate a low volume of CHAT requests to the Service Desk. Discontinuing this service will allow staff to focus on other high-value services such as knowledge base article creation and maintenance.
