UNH Secure Wireless: How to Renew Your Certificate

UNH Secure Wireless

The University of New Hampshire issues secure certificates to access the UNH-Secure wireless network. UNH-Secure certificates are valid for two years and some certificates are nearing their expiration. When a certificate expires, a device will simply not connect to UNH-Secure.

Thankfully, obtaining a new certificate is easily accomplished by re-running the UNH Secure Wireless applet at http://wifi.unh.edu. There is no limit on the number of certificates for a device nor on the frequency of renewing your device certificate.

In the future UNH Network Security will notify users via e-mail 30 days prior to expiration to avoid any disruption in connectivity.
